2. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

Answer: There is a flat fee depending on where the order is shipped. It will be calculated at checkout. 

3. WHAT IS DELIVERY (HANDLING + TRANSIT) TIME?

Answer: Handling Time: 1 - 2 Calender Days (Monday - Sunday)

               Transit Time: 1 - 4 Business Days (Monday - Saturday)

4. WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES I SEE ON THE SITE?

Answer: All prices are in USD only.

5. DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE?

Answer: We successfully ship many products in each day in the USA and worldwide. We have many happy customers in every corner. 

6. HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS?

Answer: If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

7. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Answer: Simply choose your desired option from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number when your product ships after checkout is complete.

Answer: Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST. 

10. WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CUTOFF TIME?

Answer: Our order cutoff time is 5pm EST, so if you order after, it will be processed the next calendar day.

11. I WANT A REFUND FOR MY ORDER OR I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, HOW DO I DO THAT?

12. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
